It is our goal to make every effort to ship orders of in-stock products with 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, such as during periods of heavy volume or when an item is too heavy to ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, how long it will take to reach you generally depends on whether your order was shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL ground service or via common carrier (freight truck). Please allow 1-5 days transit time for FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipments. Transit time for common carrier deliveries is generally 7-10 business days.
Where will you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states only. We do not ship to AK, HI, or internationally. We do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. What if my product is damaged?
Although rare, should a product be delivered to you that has been damaged during shipping, please simply refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier and mark the shipment as “refused, damaged”. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
