How do I check my order status?

What if i need to cancel an order?


If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-866-915-4999 for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery and a refund will be issued once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
Please note that if you cancel an order that has already been shipped, shipping and handling charges (including any shipping and handling charges incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable.

What about Purchase Orders?

We accept purchase orders from government agencies and most non-for-profit schools, universities, and churches. Subject to credit approval, we will accept a purchase order from a publicly traded company. We do not extend credit terms to private companies or individuals. Payment terms are 1% 15, Net 30. Purchase orders are subject to a minimum order size of $499.00. Please call us at 866-915-4999 for more details.

How do I return an item?

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not returnable unless defective or damaged. In general, non-returnable items are non-stock items that have been made to order or that have been customized to meet your specifications. Items that are not returnable have a statement to this effect in the description of the item on our web site.
All Other Returns - 30 Day "No-Hassle" Money Back Guarantee
Returns that are not covered by the above return policies are covered by our 30-Day "No Hassle" Money Back Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased from us, other than a product that is non-returnable (see “Non-Returnable Items” above), you may return it back to us within 30 days of sale for or a refund, store credit, or exchange equal to 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, provided: (a) the product that you return to us is received by us in “new” condition, including all original packaging, parts, pieces, and manuals; (b) the return label of the product that you return to us is clearly marked with the Return Authorization number provided by our customer service department; and (c) the product is received at the address specified by our customer service department within 15 days of the date that the Return Authorization was issued by our customer service department. Returns that do not meet all of the criteria above will not be accepted. Shipping costs (including any shipping costs incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable. The method of payment of refunds will be the same as method of payment of the original purchase. Please note that some products, generally made to order products or products that have been customized to meet your specifications, are not returnable and may not be returned unless damaged or defective (see “Non-Returnable Items” above).

What if my item is defective?

Although rare, should you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will provide you with a RA# (Return Authorization #) and instructions on how and where to return the defective product. Once the defective product has been received, we will provide you with a 100% refund, exchange, or store credit (at your option). Defective items returned without an RA# or shipped to the wrong address will not be accepted. Defective items cannot be returned after 10 days of receipt. At that point, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

 


Shipping


When will my order arrive?

It is our goal to make every effort to ship orders of in-stock products with 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, such as during periods of heavy volume or when an item is too heavy to ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order.
Once your order has shipped, how long it will take to reach you generally depends on whether your order was shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL ground service or via common carrier (freight truck). Please allow 1-5 days transit time for FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipments. Transit time for common carrier deliveries is generally 7-10 business days.

 

Where will you ship?

We ship to the lower 48 states only. We do not ship to AK, HI, or internationally. We do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.

 

What if my product is damaged?

Although rare, should a product be delivered to you that has been damaged during shipping, please simply refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier and mark the shipment as “refused, damaged”. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

 

 

 



Do you offer warranties on all products?

Warranty:

Our Products come with different warranties, be sure which type of warranty you have on your product so you know which procedure to follow. The different types of warranties are outlined below. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories, power supplies and manuals. Incomplete or damaged packaging can void and warranties.
All products have a 1 year warranty from date of receipt.

There is a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your product you can return it for a refund, less the amount of the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for shipping back to Action Lock & Safe.

One Year Warranty: If your product is defective we will replace or repair it for a period of one year. (From date of products being received). The products are only replaced if they cannot be repaired.

All warranties and refunds are subject to these regulations and restrictions. You must send the product back via pre-paid shipping (we do not refund shipping cost; However, we will return your product free ground shipping to you if being repaired or replaced). Your warranty will be evaluated and your product will be shipped to you within 7 business days (Could vary on product and part availability). In the event your model is no longer or temporally unavailable, you will be offered an upgrade to a new or current model. The value or your defective model will be based on the current selling price of similar models. You will only have to pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.

If your product is replaced your warranty is not extended.

When your item is returned, our technicians will confirm and evaluate the nature of the defective product. Please make sure you provide a written explanation of the failure. If after the technicians evaluates the returned product and it is determined not to be defective, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay freight to return products.

You must provide a copy of your original sales receipt indicating date of purchases.

For credits products must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories, power supplies and manuals. Incomplete returns can affect your credit amount.

This Warranty is excluded or voided in the event of, external or internal Physical damage. Damage during transportation (the shipper is responsible for any claims) Damage due to Power surges, lighting or improper power supply requirements. Damage because of improper use, acts of God and not following manufacture recommendations is not covered under any warrantee's.

We value your privacy and have taken steps, such as using 256 bit secure SSL encryption, to protect the security of your information. We have not ever, and will not ever, sell your personal information to any company.
Despite the security measures that we have in place, we realize that no matter what security precautions we may have taken, some customers will not feel comfortable using their credit card to make a purchase online.
